You can visit Spain for it's impressive buildings and museums, or it's immense landscapes and abundant wildlife. But in the end, it is the human, optimistic outpouring of everyday life that makes the biggest impact on the visitor.

The territory covered by Spain’s 17 regions is vast and breathtakingly varied. There are the great medieval cities of Toledo and Salamanca in the central plateau, Castile, at the heart of which is the magnificent capital, Madrid while Barcelona is one of Europe's most vibrant cities.
