Insolvency protection insurance
In line with our obligations under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (No. 684), we hold Travel Regulation Insolvency Protection Insurance in our name for the benefit of our customers.
Everyone who books with us is fully insured for their initial deposit and for any balance payments made, as set out in their booking confirmation. If your travel or accommodation arrangements are cancelled or cut short because Sports & Corporate Group Travel & Events Ltd becomes insolvent, the policy also covers repatriation or continuation of your trip where required.

Please be aware that:
- Everywhen cannot make alternative travel or repatriation arrangements on your behalf.
- A claim will not be considered until the insolvency has been verified by the insurer and the administrators.
What is not covered
This policy does not cover any money paid for travel insurance, or any claim relating to air flights. If you have booked flights as part of your travel, please make sure the company you booked them with has the appropriate CAA/ATOL protection in place.
